* IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Kilgore Road is flooded in multiple spots.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:30 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 10.3 feet, or 1.3 feet
above flood stage.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 9:30 AM EDT Thursday was 14.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise to 10.6 feet this afternoon.
It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight
tonight to 7.8 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will rise to
8.0 feet early Saturday morning. It will then fall again and
remain below flood stage.
- Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
