Northwestern Lewis County in northern West Virginia... * WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Some roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 238 AM EDT, emergency management reported heavy rain had fell in the warned area on Saturday with thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain fell on Saturday. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Glenville, West Union, Cedar Creek State Park, Sand Fork, Troy, Linn, Leopold, Coxs Mills, Baldwin, Alum Bridge, Grove, Stouts Mills, Avon, Camden, New Milton, Blandville, Smithburg, Tanner, Cedarville and Normantown. - This includes Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 51 and 62. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Central Lewis County in northern West Virginia... * WHEN...Until 530 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 116 AM EDT, doppler radar indicated heavy rain had fell across the warned area on Saturday, ranging anywhere from 1 to 4 inches. Lingering high water is expected across portions of the warned area. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Weston, Gassaway, Stonewall Jackson, Jackson Mill, Big Otter, Wallback, Burnsville, Jane Lew, Flatwoods, Exchange, Heaters, Sand Run, Wilsie, Frametown, Walkersville, Rosedale, Servia, Horner and Nebo. - This includes the following highways...
