East Central Gilmer County in north central West Virginia... Southwestern Barbour County in northeastern West Virginia... Northern Upshur County in northeastern West Virginia... Southern Harrison County in northern West Virginia... Central Lewis County in northern West Virginia... * WHEN...Until 400 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1256 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Buckhannon, Weston, Audra State Park, Stonewall Jackson, Burnsville, Sand Fork, Horner, Lorentz, Walkersville, French Creek, Sand Run, Hodgesville, Overhill, Century, Volga and Stouts Mills. - This includes the following highways...
