* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast, southern, and western West Virginia,
including the following counties, in southeast West Virginia,
Northwest Raleigh and Southeast Raleigh. In southern West Virginia,
Boone, Lincoln, Logan, McDowell, Mingo and Wyoming. In western West
Virginia, Wayne.

* WHEN...Through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Slow moving showers and thunderstorms over soils compromised from
recent rainfall may lead to small streams and creeks rising out
of their banks.
