...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 AM EDT MONDAY... ...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southern West Virginia, including the following counties, Boone, Kanawha, Lincoln and Raleigh. * WHEN...Until 200 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1044 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms earlier. There have been no reports of flooding in the area yet, but flooding may be ongoing or begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. No additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
