* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast Kentucky, including the following
counties, Boyd, Carter, Greenup and Lawrence, southeast Ohio,
including the following counties, Gallia and Lawrence OH,
southwest Virginia, including the following counties, Buchanan and
Dickenson, and West Virginia, including the following counties,
Boone, Cabell, Kanawha, Lincoln, Logan, Mason, McDowell, Mingo,
Northwest Fayette, Northwest Raleigh, Putnam, Southeast Fayette,
Southeast Raleigh, Wayne and Wyoming.

* WHEN...Until 11 AM EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southern West Virginia, including the
following counties, Boone, Kanawha, Lincoln and Raleigh.

* WHEN...Until 200 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1044 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms earlier. There have been no reports of flooding
in the area yet, but flooding may be  ongoing or begin
shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain
have fallen. No additional rainfall is expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Van, Wharton, Alum Creek, Whitesville, Sylvester, Prenter,
Seth, Racine, Stickney, Leewood, Dorothy, Naoma, Ashford,
Artie, Arnett, Bolt and Sod.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
