...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT THROUGH LATE MONDAY NIGHT... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Portions of west central Virginia, including the following areas, Alleghany VA and Bath and southeast West Virginia, including the following areas, Eastern Greenbrier, Mercer, Monroe, Summers and Western Greenbrier. * WHEN...Through late Monday night. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rounds of heavy rainfall will track over already saturated soils today and into early Monday morning.
