...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT EDT TONIGHT... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of northern West Virginia, including the following counties, southeastern Marion and central Monongalia. * WHEN...Until midnight EDT tonight. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 832 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported numerous roads and buildings flooded across the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.7 inches of rain have fallen today. - Little or no additional rainfall is expected this evening, though runoff from earlier heavy rain will continue to cause flooding across the area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
