Northeastern Jackson County in northwestern West Virginia... Southwestern Wirt County in northwestern West Virginia... Southwestern Wood County in northwestern West Virginia... * WHEN...Until 245 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1049 AM EDT, Several roads remain flooded in the the area. Flooding of creeks and low-lying areas continues across the warned area. This included Little Tygart Creek in Mineral Wells where the automated gage was slowly cresting in minor flood. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Forked Run State Park, Ravenswood, Sandyville, Lubeck, Mineralwells, Rockport, Belleville, Reedsville, Portland, and Peewee. - This includes the following highways...
