Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Blowing snow could abruptly reduce visibility at times Monday afternoon into Tuesday, and wind chills will be as low as 10 below zero Tuesday morning.
