* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central, northeast, and northern West
Virginia, including the following counties, in central West
Virginia, Braxton, Gilmer and Taylor. In northeast West Virginia,
Northwest Pocahontas, Northwest Randolph, Northwest Webster,
Southeast Pocahontas, Southeast Randolph and Southeast Webster. In
northern West Virginia, Barbour, Doddridge, Harrison, Lewis and
Upshur.

* WHEN...Until midnight EDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris.
