* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 34 will result in frost formation.

* WHERE...In Ohio, Guernsey, Monroe, Muskingum, and Noble Counties.
In West Virginia, Eastern Preston, Marion, Monongalia, Preston,
Ridges of Eastern Monongalia and Northwestern Preston, and Wetzel
Counties.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 10 AM EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Frost and/or Freeze conditions will also be
possible both Tuesday and Wednesday mornings as well.
