* WHERE...Portions of southeast Ohio, including the following
counties, Athens, Gallia, Jackson, Meigs, Vinton and Washington
and western West Virginia, including the following county, Mason.

* WHEN...Until 130 PM EST.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1245 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the
warned area. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly
in the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have
fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in
the warned area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Athens, Jackson, Wellston, Pomeroy, Mcarthur, Albany, Racine,
Coolville, Rutland, Lake Hope State Park, Forked Run State
Park, New Haven, Mason, Tuppers Plains, Middleport, Chester,
Hamden, Syracuse, Hartford City and Coalton.

counties, Doddridge, Jackson WV, Mason, Pleasants, Ritchie, Tyler,
Wirt and Wood.

* WHEN...Through Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
