* WHAT...Flooding caused by prior excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Gilmer County in north central West Virginia...
Doddridge County in northern West Virginia...
Southwestern Harrison County in northern West Virginia...
Northwestern Lewis County in northern West Virginia...

* WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Some roads
remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 238 AM EDT, emergency management reported heavy rain had fell
in the warned area on Saturday with thunderstorms. Flooding is
ongoing. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain fell on Saturday.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Glenville, West Union, Cedar Creek State Park, Sand Fork, Troy,
Linn, Leopold, Coxs Mills, Baldwin, Alum Bridge, Grove, Stouts
Mills, Avon, Camden, New Milton, Blandville, Smithburg, Tanner,
Cedarville and Normantown.
- This includes Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 51
and 62.
