...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT THROUGH MONDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast Kentucky, including the following
counties, Carter and Lawrence and West Virginia, including the
following counties, Boone, Lincoln, Logan, Mingo, Northwest
Fayette, Northwest Raleigh, Southeast Fayette, Southeast Raleigh,
Wayne and Wyoming.

* WHEN...Through Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Rounds of heavy rainfall will track over already saturated soils
throughout the weekend and into early next week. This will likely
lead to instances of flash flooding.
