...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM EST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 55 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, northwest, southwest, and
western Pennsylvania, and northern and the northern panhandle of
West Virginia.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Numerous measured wind gusts of 45 to 62 mph
have been recorded at area weather stations late this morning and
early this afternoon.   This includes a gust to 61 mph at 12:19 pm
EST at the Pittsburgh International Airport.  Power outages have
also been reported in several areas.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.

* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, snow. Additional snow
accumulations between 2 and 5 inches. Winds gusting as high as 60
mph. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy snow possible. Total snow
accumulations between 4 and 8 inches possible. Winds could gust as
high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest Pennsylvania and northern West
Virginia.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 1 PM EST Tuesday. For
the Winter Storm Watch, from Wednesday afternoon through Thursday
morning.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
will impact the Monday evening and Tuesday morning commutes. Strong
winds could cause extensive damage to trees and power lines.
