Winds gusting as high as 45 mph, causing considerable blowing and drifting snow. * WHERE...Lincoln and Oneida Counties. * WHEN...From 3 PM this afternoon to noon CST Monday. * IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. The strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs may down power lines and could cause significant power outages. Travel could be very difficult. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
