For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy snow possible. Highest total snow
accumulations between 12 and 18 inches with localized amounts
approaching 24 inches possible. Lesser amounts of 6 to 12 inches of
snow possible outside of this band. Winds could gust as high as 40
mph.

* WHERE...Clark County.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 1 PM CDT this
afternoon. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Saturday evening
through Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Areas of
blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.
