* IMPACTS...At 10.1 feet, Flood waters begin to cover portions of
West Wolf River Avenue downstream of New London. Widespread lowland
flooding is occurring from New London to Fremont.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 10.1 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 8:30 PM CDT Thursday was 10.2 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to slowly fall below flood stage
by Tuesday morning.
- Flood stage is 9.0 feet.

* WHEN...Until Friday, April 17.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Flood waters begin to approach homes near
the river in the Shiocton area. This mainly includes homes along
Island and Mill Streets. Many seasonal structures are surrounded by
water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 12:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 13.0 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 9.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 12:00 PM CDT Thursday was 13.0 feet.
