A portion of Oakwood Road in southern Milwaukee County is flooded and closed. Some yards along the river are flooded. There is flooding to agricultural land. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 8.5 feet. - Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 8:00 PM CDT Monday was 11.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight and continue falling to 2.4 feet Monday, August 18. - Flood stage is 8.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood && River forecasts are available for some but not all river gaging locations.
