In northeast Wisconsin, Brown, Kewaunee, Outagamie, Shawano, Southern Oconto County and Waupaca. * WHEN...Through Thursday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are already running very high and could flood with more rain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional showers and thunderstorms are expected this evening from 5 pm to 10 pm. Rainfall amounts of 0.50 to 1.00 are possible, with localized higher amounts in thunderstorms.
