* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

- At 1021 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has
fallen.

Green Bay, Appleton, Oshkosh, Manitowoc, Wisconsin Rapids,
Waupaca, Kewaunee, Wautoma, Menasha, Kaukauna, Little Chute, New
London, Kimberly, Chilton, Algoma, Brillion, Luxemburg,
Redgranite, Denmark and Cleveland.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, north central, and
northeast Wisconsin, including the following areas, in central
Wisconsin, Marathon, Portage, Waushara and Wood. In east central
Wisconsin, Calumet, Manitowoc and Winnebago. In north central
Wisconsin, Langlade and Lincoln. In northeast Wisconsin, Brown,
Door, Kewaunee, Menominee, Northern Marinette County, Northern
Oconto County, Outagamie, Shawano, Southern Marinette County,
Southern Oconto County and Waupaca.

* WHEN...Through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Extensive street flooding will also be possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Soils are saturated due to recent rainfall and rain across the
area this afternoon. Multiple rounds of thunderstorms continue to
develop across the watch area through this evening, and will
likely produce widespread additional rainfall amounts of 1 to
locally 2 inches, with locally higher amounts.
