Widespread lowland flooding is occurring from New London to Fremont. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 10.1 feet. - Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 8:30 PM CDT Tuesday was 10.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 10.2 feet just after midnight tonight.
