For the Small Craft Advisory, southeast winds with gusts to 25 kt and waves up to 4 ft. For the Gale Watch, south winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and waves 4 to 6 ft possible. * WHERE...Nearshore Waters from Sheboygan to Winthrop Harbor IL. * WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 7 PM CDT this evening. For the Small Craft Advisory, until 11 PM CDT this evening. For the Gale Watch, from Friday afternoon through Friday evening. * IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
