tenth and one quarter of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 30 mph.

* WHERE...Northern Oconto County, Southern Marinette County, and
Southern Oconto counties.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 1 PM CDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are possible due to the
ice. Travel could be hazardous due to icy roads. The hazardous
conditions will impact the Thursday morning commute.
