Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area as some rivers and streams rise. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Flood waters begin to reach city streets adjacent to the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 8.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 10.6 feet Thursday morning.
