* WHAT...Freezing rain. Additional ice accumulations up to two tenths
of an inch mainly on elevated surfaces. Highest amounts in the
northern portions of each county. Winds gusting as high as 30 mph.

* WHERE...Portage, Wood, Southern Oconto County, and Waupaca
Counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Additional power outages and tree damage are possible due
to the combination of recent icing, any additional ice
accumulations, and gusty winds. Slippery roads are possible.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling. Prepare for possible power

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Oconto River above Oconto.

* WHEN...Until Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Up to a foot of water surrounds structures
in a campground in the City of Oconto.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 9.1 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 8:00 PM CDT Friday was 9.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 10.1 feet
tomorrow evening. It will then fall below flood stage early
Wednesday morning.
- Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 10.2
feet on 04/17/2003.
