For the Gale Watch, northwest winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and waves 7 to 10 ft possible. * WHERE...Nearshore Waters from Port Washington to Winthrop Harbor IL. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 7 PM this evening to 4 PM CDT Thursday. For the Gale Watch, from Friday morning through Friday evening. * IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
