This includes the Tribal Lands of the St. Croix Band in Burnett County and the Lac Courte Oreilles Reservation. * WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 10 AM CDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice. Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday evening commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The timeframe of heaviest ice accumulations will be Friday evening and Friday night.
