In northeast Wisconsin, Brown, Door, Kewaunee and Outagamie. * WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 649 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms will move back across the warned area.
