Total snow accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations around two tenths of an inch possible. * WHERE...Burnett, Sawyer, and Washburn Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of the St. Croix Band in Burnett County and the Lac Courte Oreilles Reservation. * WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 1 AM Thursday to 1 AM CDT Friday.
