...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL THURSDAY EVENING... * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Fox River Lower near New Munster. * WHEN...Until Thursday evening. * IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Water is up to the first floor levels of some homes in the Town of Wheatland and Village of Salem Lakes area along Riverside Drive and Shorewood Drive. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 11.8 feet. - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 11:00 AM CDT Saturday was 11.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.6 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
