EVENING...

* WHAT...Dangerously hot conditions with heat index values up to 107
expected. Early morning heat indices will remain around 80 degrees,
which will still be hazardous for anyone without shelter before the
extreme heat in the afternoon.

* WHERE...Marathon, Portage, Waushara, Wood, Calumet, Winnebago,
Brown, Outagamie, Shawano, and Waupaca Counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
extreme heat and high humidity events.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
