There is widespread flooding of agricultural land. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 15.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 16.7 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
