Total snow accumulations up to 3 inches and ice accumulations around one tenth of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy snow is possible with light icing. Total snow accumulations between 6 and 9 inches and ice accumulations around a light glaze possible.
