ice accumulations between one tenth and three tenths of an inch.
For the Winter Storm Watch, significant icing possible. Total ice
accumulations around two tenths of an inch possible.

* WHERE...Price County.

* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, from 1 AM to 7 PM CDT
Thursday. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Friday afternoon
through Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice.
Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous conditions could
impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.
