Sunday morning. It will then fall again and remain below

* IMPACTS...At 12.5 feet, Water reaches the bottom support beams of
the bridge.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:45 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 12.0 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 9:45 AM CDT Tuesday was 12.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise to 12.3 feet just after
midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early
