Total snow and sleet accumulations between 2 and 4 inches except between 3 and 5 inches for northern Bayfield County and ice accumulations around two tenths of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy mixed precipitation possible. Total snow and sleet accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations around three tenths of an inch possible. * WHERE...Ashland, Bayfield, and Iron Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of the Red Cliff Band, the northwestern area of the Lac du Flambeau Band and the Bad River Reservation. Other locations including the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore and Madeline Island. * WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 1 AM Thursday to 7 AM CDT Friday. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Friday afternoon through Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice. Travel could be nearly impossible.
