For the Gale Warning, west winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt expected. * WHERE...Nearshore Waters from Sheboygan to Winthrop Harbor IL. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 3 PM CST Saturday. For the Gale Warning, from 3 PM Saturday to 3 AM CST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
