Outagamie, Shawano, Southern Oconto County, and Waupaca Counties.

* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 1 PM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions late tonight into
Wednesday. The hazardous conditions will impact the Wednesday
