East Central Wood County in central Wisconsin... Northern Manitowoc County in east central Wisconsin... Brown County in northeastern Wisconsin... Southern Door County in northeastern Wisconsin... Kewaunee County in northeastern Wisconsin... Southern Oconto County in northeastern Wisconsin... Outagamie County in northeastern Wisconsin... Shawano County in northeastern Wisconsin... Waupaca County in northeastern Wisconsin... * WHEN...Until 130 PM CDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. About a half-foot of water surrounds a few homes on South Biron Drive in Biron. Water may be over portions of Reddin Road.
