Northwestern Waupaca County in northeastern Wisconsin... * WHEN...Until 845 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 545 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Rapid river rises will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... In east central Wisconsin, Calumet, Manitowoc and Winnebago. In north central Wisconsin, Langlade and Lincoln. In northeast Wisconsin, Brown, Door, Kewaunee, Menominee, Northern Marinette County, Northern Oconto County, Outagamie, Shawano, Southern Marinette County, Southern Oconto County and Waupaca. * WHEN...Through Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Extensive street flooding will also be possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Soils are saturated due to recent rainfall and rain across the area this afternoon.
