This includes the Tribal Lands of the St. Croix Band in Burnett County, the northwestern area of the Lac du Flambeau Band, the Red Cliff Band, the Lac Courte Oreilles Reservation and the Bad River Reservation. Other locations including the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore and Madeline Island. * WHEN...Until noon CST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 31 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
