...PATCHY DENSE FOG EARLY THIS MORNING IN SOUTH CENTRAL
WISCONSIN...

Areas of fog are lingering across portions of south central
Wisconsin early this morning, and should remain until after
sunrise. There is patchy dense fog in these areas, which may
locally reduce visibility to one quarter to one half mile. Slow
down and use low beam headlights if driving early this morning.

...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM LATE FRIDAY NIGHT INTO SATURDAY
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding and flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall are
possible.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Wisconsin, including the
following counties, Columbia, Dane, Green, Iowa, Lafayette, Rock
and Sauk.

* WHEN...From late Friday night into Saturday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding and flash
flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and
flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Widespread and prolonged showers & storms will bring rain
accumulations of 1-3 inches. Higher totals in the 3-5+ inch range
will be possible in areas where storms track repeatedly.
