* WHAT...Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations up to one
tenth of an inch mainly on elevated surfaces. Highest amounts in
the northern portions of each county. Winds gusting as high as 35
mph.

* WHERE...Portage, Wood, Southern Oconto County, and Waupaca
Counties.

* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 7 AM CDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Additional power outages and tree damage are possible due
to the combination of recent icing, any additional ice
accumulations, and gusty winds. Slippery roads are possible.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling. Prepare for possible power
outages. The latest road conditions can be obtained by calling 5 1 1.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Oconto River above Oconto.

* WHEN...Until late Wednesday night.

* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Up to a foot of water surrounds structures
in a campground in the City of Oconto. At 9.0 feet, Flood waters
begin to spread into a public campground in the City of Oconto.
Water approaches the backyards of several homes along the river in
Oconto and there is widespread lowland flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 9.7 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 10:00 AM CDT Friday was 9.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 9.9 feet
early Saturday afternoon. It will then slowly fall below flood
stage by Wednesday morning.
- Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 9.8
feet on 03/17/2016.
