Total snow and sleet accumulations between 9 and 17 inches and ice accumulations around one to three tenths of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Adams, Juneau, Vernon, La Crosse, and Monroe Counties. * WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice. Travel could be nearly impossible. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.
