MORNING...

A light wintry mix will change over to rain then end this
morning. Little or no ice accumulation is expected, but locally
slippery spots may occur on elevated surfaces, bridges and
overpasses.

Morning commuters should be prepared for a few slippery spots, but
conditions will quickly improve by mid-morning as temperatures
warm well above freezing.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL LATE MONDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Wolf River at New London.

* WHEN...Until late Monday night.

* IMPACTS...At 10.1 feet, Flood waters begin to cover portions of
West Wolf River Avenue downstream of New London. Widespread lowland
flooding is occurring from New London to Fremont.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:30 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 10.1 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 8:30 PM CDT Tuesday was 10.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 10.2 feet
just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage
through Monday morning.
- Flood stage is 9.0 feet.

* WHERE...Wolf River near Shiocton.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Flood waters begin to approach homes near
the river in the Shiocton area. This mainly includes homes along
Island and Mill Streets. Many seasonal structures are surrounded by
water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 3:00 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 13.1 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 9.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 3:00 PM CDT Tuesday was 13.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to crest around 13.2 feet just
after midnight tonight, before slowly falling.
- Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
