* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is ongoing.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Wisconsin, including the following
counties, Dodge, Jefferson, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Washington
and Waukesha.

* WHEN...Until 1000 AM CDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Streams
continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 529 PM CDT, Emergency management reported ongoing flooding
impacts in the warned area due to the Saturday night
thunderstorms. Between 8 and 14 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in
the warned area through tonight.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Milwaukee, Waukesha, Wauwatosa, New Berlin, Menomonee Falls,
Oak Creek, West Bend, Muskego, Cudahy, Hartford, Whitefish
Bay, Greendale, Pewaukee, Brown Deer and Grafton.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast.
This approaches the flood of record.

* WHERE...Fox River Lower at Waukesha.

* WHEN...Until Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Water hits the base of Barstow St bridge
and Bank St bridge. Corrina Blvd, Buckley St, Baxter St, W Main St
is flooded. Water impacts Bank St and E St Paul Ave. Frame Park is
flooded. There is widespread flooding around homes in the Bethesda
Court area about one half mile south of downtown Waukesha.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 4:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 7.1 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 5.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 4:00 PM CDT Sunday was 7.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 10.3
feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below
flood stage early Tuesday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 6.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
8.9 feet on 06/09/2008.

Wisconsin, Fond du Lac and Sheboygan. In south central Wisconsin,
Columbia, Dane, Green, Green Lake, Iowa, Lafayette, Marquette,
Rock and Sauk. In southeast Wisconsin, Dodge, Jefferson, Kenosha,
Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Walworth, Washington and Waukesha.

* WHEN...Through Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood
with more heavy rain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Additional thunderstorms through tonight will be capable of
heavy rainfall. Any storms that train over areas for an
extended period of time will cause flash flooding.

closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of moving or standing
water impacting roads. Water in rivers and streams is moving
rapidly.

- At 1054 AM CDT, Dispatch and media reports numerous reports
of flash flooding of streets and creeks, including stranded
vehicles and flooded basements. Flooding is already
occurring. Between 7.5 and 13 inches of rain have fallen
since yesterday evening.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 2 inches are possible
in the warned area into the evening.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
