* WHAT...For the Dense Fog Advisory, visibility less than one mile
in dense fog. For the Frost Advisory, temperatures as low as 34
will result in frost formation.

* WHERE...Jefferson, Washington, and Waukesha Counties.

* WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 9 AM CDT this morning.
For the Frost Advisory, until 8 AM CDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered. Low visibility
could make driving conditions hazardous.
