For the Small Craft Advisory, southeast winds with gusts to 25 kt and waves 2 to 4 ft. For the Gale Watch, south winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and waves 4 to 6 ft possible. * WHERE...Nearshore Waters from Sheboygan to Winthrop Harbor IL. * WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 7 PM CDT this evening. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 1 PM this afternoon to 11 PM CDT this evening. For the Gale Watch, from Friday afternoon through Friday evening. * IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. Low visibility will make navigation difficult. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Mariners should consider altering plans to avoid possible hazardous conditions.
