* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, south winds 15 to 25 kt
with gusts up to 30 kt and waves 5 to 9 ft. A few gusts to gale
force possible through early this afternoon. For the Gale
Warning, west to northwest winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35
kt expected.

* WHERE...Nearshore Waters from Sheboygan to Winthrop Harbor IL.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 6 PM CST this
evening. For the Gale Warning, from 6 PM this evening to 9 AM
CST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for severe conditions.
